Once orders are received they will be processed. Once the order is processed it will be sent out for delivery. As a lot of our products are made to order, please allow with 3-5 business days for your order to be sent out for delivery.

Hound&Proud's shipping is handled by SENDLE who use courier services to deliver your products.

As Sendle uses a courier service they unfortunately do not deliver to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.

As Sendle does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers we also offer AUSTRALIA POST as an option.

If you are wanting your order to be delivered to a P.O. box or parcel locker please select Australia Post at the checkout.
